About Patrick
Patrick Parents is a transit consultant with Rossi Transportation Group based in Baltimore, Maryland. Since 2010, he has worked throughout the public transportation industry—as a bus operator, customer experience specialist, operator outreach leader, consultant, speaker, and entrepreneur.
Over the course of his career, Patrick developed a simple philosophy:
Improve the people, and a better transit system becomes the byproduct.
That philosophy has led him to create multiple operator-focused platforms dedicated to helping transit professionals build stronger careers, create additional opportunities, and rethink what's possible in the industry.
